UPD Represents ROTC at the Philippine Army Caravan in Batasang Pambansa

The University of the Philippines Diliman Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Unit participates in the Philippine Army Caravan held yesterday, 08 March, 2023 at Batasang Pambansa, Quezon City.

Two cadet officers from the UP Diliman ROTC Unit, Cadet Colonel Fergie John O Frange, the UP Diliman ROTC Corps Commander, and Cadet Major Restoni A Goyala, the Corps Civil-Military Operations Officer, manned the ROTC booth that is part of the caravan. Their station serves to orient the public of the training schemes, purpose, and objectives of the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps program for the benefit and service to the country.

The ROTC booth was visited by the House of Representatives Majority Leader, Hon. Manuel Jose M. Dalipe, accompanied by the Army Chief of Staff, Major General Potenciano C Camba.

UPD ROTC Unit will continue to participate in the efforts of the Philippines Army in promoting the ROTC as a viable program for the youth.
